Destination trade or export documents UAE need to be legalized by various agencies. Below you will find the legalization procedure and costs per institution.
Private individuals can no longer submit documents themselves, they need a company such as KES for this.

Additional information:
- A CvO and invoice do not require a stamp from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- A COO must be submitted together with an invoice and vice versa.
- In box 5 of the CoO the invoice number must be stated.
- We bring per document € 15.00 administration fee for the online payment.
- The costs of the embassy depend on the EUR/AED exchange rate.
